our new addition, ashleigh, brought these oh-so-yummy cookies in and we had to share the recipe!
ginger cookies
3/4 cup of shortening
1 cup sugar
1/4 cup molasses
1 egg
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp ginger
2 cups flour
2 tsp of baking soda
1 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp cloves
additional sugar...
